QA/QC Introduction

We have implemented a TQM (Total Quality Management) system. The quality control breakdown is as follows: General Manager responsible for overall managing, then Sales Director, QC Head Director, Department Managers, Production Managers, Section QC officers. The quality control team includes metal stamping, auto accessories, solar water heater and weahter strips QC. Each order is followed and inspected by our QC team members under close inspection; our QC members have at least 5 years' experience in the quality control (metal stamping, auto accessories, and weather strips). All the products must be lab-tested by relevant authorities as per customer's requirements before putting into use. Only with approved reports we begin with manufacture process. Besides the in-house quality control, a third party like SGS or ITS, as appointed by customers carry out initial, mid-term, and final random inspections during bulk production before cargo delivery.
